Flexible Working Hours

    We primarily review the applicant’s portfolio, experience, and background.

    Developer Position Test

    For developer positions, a coding test is conducted after passing the document screening and before the interview.

    For design positions, an additional assignment evaluation may be conducted after passing the document screening and before the interview.

  • STEP03

    First Interview

    We conduct an in-depth evaluation of the job-related competencies of applicants who pass the document screening.

    Compensation Discussion & Final Offer

    Compensation details are discussed with the final candidate, and employment is confirmed once the agreement is finalized.

    • Web service development and operation from frontend to backend

    • Development and enhancement of user-facing and admin pages

    • Database design and optimization

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design and management of platforms, websites, shopping malls, admin pages, my pages, and SNS

    • CI/BI design and branding

    • Detailed pages, card news, and infographic design

    • Catalogs, brochures, leaflets, posters, banners, and print management

    • Product (3D) and package design

    • Character design and naming with storytelling

    Qualifications

    • Strong skills in creative layout, image processing, and typography

    • Ability to express a theme as a key visual

    • Experience in web/mobile design and understanding of UX/UI

    • Experience in print and product/package design with paper material knowledge

    • Capable of storytelling and branding design

    • Proficient in various design tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator

    • Able to communicate smoothly with PDs, planners, developers, and clients

  • Video

    Video PD, Director, Cinematographer, Photographer, Editor, Sound Director, Video Designer
    Directing, Camera, Lighting, Microphone, Sound Design, Premiere Pro, After Effect

    Key Responsibilities

    • Planning video themes, concepts, stories, and shooting styles

    • Video directing, filming, and editing

    • Long-form and short-form video production

    • Color grading for videos

    • Motion graphics production

    • Audio production and sound work

    Qualifications

    • Ability to visually design story flow and scene composition

    • Strong understanding of visuals and composition with on-site filming capability

    • Capable of motion graphics such as logo animation, subtitles, and infographics

    • Able to handle BGM, SFX, narration recording, and audio mixing

    • Proficient in tools such as Premiere Pro and After Effects

    • Able to coordinate models, actors, voice actors, locations, and props

    • Able to communicate smoothly with planners, developers, designers, and clients

  • Planning

    Brand Planner, Marketing Planner, Event Planner, Content Planner, Video Planner, Service Planner
    Hangul(HWP), PowerPoint, Word, ChatGPT, Presentation, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Premiere Pro

    Key Responsibilities

    • Writing and presenting public procurement proposals (quantitative/qualitative)

    • Planning themes, structures, and formats for SNS and other content

    • Planning features and user flows (UX/UI) for apps, websites, and online services

    • Establishing brand direction, concepts, tone & manner, and brand assets

    • Developing promotion strategies, campaigns, and advertising plans

    • Comprehensive planning and operation of offline events such as exhibitions and conferences

    Qualifications

    • Strong skills in trend analysis, communication, and content structuring

    • Ability to analyze user needs, create wireframes, and document plans

    • Experience in brand strategy, market research, and identity building

    • Capable of consumer analysis, channel strategy, KPI setting, and performance analysis

    • Able to write persuasive proposals and planning documents

    • Proactive execution skills to turn ideas into action

    • Able to communicate smoothly with PDs, developers, designers, and clients
